Appointments during COVID-19

During the current pandemic, we are not booking routine appointments.  If you need to see a Doctor please contact the surgery and a Doctor will call you back to discuss.  If they feel you need to be seen they will book an appointment for you.  When contacting the surgery please help us by telling the reception staff the reason for your call.  They can then direct you to the most appropriate clinician.

GP Net Earnings

NHS England require that the net earnings of doctors engaged in the practice is publicised, and the required disclosure is shown below. However it should be noted that the prescribed method for calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time doctors spead working in the practice, and should not be used to form any judgement about GP earnings, nor to make any comparison with any other practice.

The average pay for GPs working in Stoke Surgery in the last financial year was £67819 before tax and National Insurance.
This is for 1 full time GP, 3 part time GPs and 4 locum GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.
