Appointments during COVID-19

During the current pandemic, we are not booking routine appointments.  If you need to see a Doctor please contact the surgery and a Doctor will call you back to discuss.  If they feel you need to be seen they will book an appointment for you.  When contacting the surgery please help us by telling the reception staff the reason for your call.  They can then direct you to the most appropriate clinician.


Please note: requests for increased quantities of repeat medication will be declined  

Please order your medication as usual to prevent additional pressure on our community pharmacies.

Please nominate a pharmacy to collect your prescription to avoid coming to the surgery


Due to the current situation with Coronavirus we will not be having any walk in surgeries until further notice.

If you have a cough or a high temperature DO NOT come to the surgery.  Stay at home, self isolate for 7 days and visit for further advice.

Please help us to protect our staff and other patients during this period.

NHS 111 who will give advice or contact Devon Doctors on Call to arrange a visit.

Note: Out-of-hours services such as 111 and A&E are generally really busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
